I believe this project was made with the very basic of ultrasound machines with turn into so much more. Witch uses our biomedical data to create art with the counter sensors commonly found in gyms.
Rafel Lozao-Hemmer has been using this type of interactive art for a while now so i am under the impression that its pretty much a one man show, how ever hemmer states that he dose have a on hand team of 14 people to help him with "pules" this team has engineer, programmers, industrial designers, artist and architects. That only develop technology if its necessary because its inevitable.
I believe this project took some time but not to much time because this what this art is use to doing so I am going to go with a year tops
